AC VII
The AC VII, introduced in May, 2006
at the Johannus Dealer Meeting in Austin, Texas,
has reached a new dimension of sound quality and
versatility. As the only "production"
organ grounded in Monarke technology, this amazing instrument is more attainable than
one might think.
The AC VII instills an inspirational
confidence in the player; so much so that
Johannus Orgelbouw made the bold decision to
debut the AC VII in a duo concert with a
72-rank pipe organ!! Each organist was
featured on both organs and the instruments were played
simultaneously (and seamlessly) in the "Concerto para dos Organos" by Antonio Soler and a duo
improvisation on a submitted theme - the hymn
tune "Wondrous Love".
The magnificent three-manual console controls 99
voices over seven divisions providing the tonal resources of a
